How to activate an inactivate user in PHPBB forum?

I see notifications for some newly registered users on my PHPBB forum. I want to activate them, but I do not see any link. How can I activate those new users?

The option to activate new users is inside the "Administration Control Panel."

Here are the steps:

• Log into PHPBB as admin
• Go to "Administration Control Panel"
• Click on the "USERS AND GROUPS" tab. You will see all inactive users listed there.
• Select the user you want to activate; select "Activate" from the drop-down menu (on the far right side) and click on the "Submit" button.
