How to scroll up and down in the "screen" (command) terminal in Linux

I used the "screen" command to open the screen terminal on my Ubuntu machine. Now I cannot scroll up and down. Does the command block scrolling? If yes, how to enable scrolling?

If you are inside a "screen" session, you can scroll up and down using the following steps:

• Press "Ctrl + A", then "[". This enters copy mode.
• Use the Up/Down Arrow or PageUp/PageDown to scroll.
• Press Esc or q to exit copy mode.
